Yes, but be careful about two things. 1) Make sure that your popcorn ceiling is stable. If you touch it and it starts falling down, it will not work and it has to be scraped off the ceiling. 2) Check for Asbestos. Find more details on this topic on our How to Cover a Popcorn Ceiling Page.
