There are 2 things to consider when it comes to bathroom ceilings with radiant heat.

1. Moisture
2. Radiant Heat

Aluminum ceiling tiles do not rust and are a great conductor of heat, they are what we recommend.  Extra step compare to non moist environments is to use silicone where tiles overlap to prevent moisture getting in.
