At Decorative Ceiling Tiles We offer 30 day hassle free returns. We understand that things happen and for whatever the reason you need to return your products we are here to help! We have laid out some basic guidelines for you to follow below.
The products must be unused/new and in their original boxes.
Returning:
When returning products to decorativeceilingtiles.net the customer is responsible for the shipping cost back to us. If you registered an account with us please log in and request a return and we will either approve or disapprove based on the circumstances. All returns are subject to a 12% restocking fee. You must return your items within the the 30 day period!
Unqualified Products:
Custom products do not qualify for a refund if returned. Custom products include, but are not limited to, hand painted products and anything that is custom made in metal or any other material. If you are not sure please call us 1-866-297-0380 and we will be happy to assist you.
When and how will a customer be refunded?
If products are returned within 30 days of the purchase, the customer's credit card will be refunded electronically minus a 12% restocking fee. Returns may take up to 2 weeks to be processed.
Packaging Items for their Return
Please be careful when packaging items for returns. You will be responsible for damage incurred during shipping, so please package the items accordingly. Retain the paper work that the shipping company gives you, especially the tracking number. Remember, you will be responsible for the items until we receive them.
